Role :- SAP Technical Project ManagerLocation : Hyderabad, NoidaExperience : 12-18 yearsWork mode: Work from officeImmediate joiners preferred.Key skills required: SAP Technical project manager, SAP BASIS, SAP HANA upgrades, S/4HANA implementations, and cloud integrationsAt Coforge we are hiring SAP Technical Project Manager with below skillsSkills needed:- 10+ years of experience in SAP technical project management- Proven experience in SAP HANA upgrades, S/4HANA implementations, and cloud integrations- Strong understanding of SAP BASIS, ABAP, Fiori, BTP, and infrastructure components- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and vendor coordination- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in multicultural and geographically distributed teams- Thai language proficiency is a plus- Exposure to Agile/Hybrid delivery models"Roles and responsibilities:- Lead and manage technical workstreams including BASIS, ABAP/Fiori development, SAP BTP, and infrastructure- Coordinate with functional leads, architects, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of technical components- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and milestone tracking for technical activities- Oversee system landscape design, environment setup, and technical readiness for SAP HANA upgrade- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across technical streams and escalate as needed- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and Thai regulatory standards- Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews, and cutover planning sessions- Support integration testing, performance validation, and go-live readiness- Maintain documentation for technical architecture, configurations, and deployment plans- Provide leadership and mentoring to technical teams and junior project managers
