Responsibilities: • System Administration: Manage and administer SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of SAP environments. • User Management: Handle user administration, including creating and managing user profiles and authorizations. • System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. • Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems. • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP systems. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: 6 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems. SAP HANA experience . • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Desired Skills: • Database Management: Experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2. • Operating Systems: Familiarity with various operating systems, including Unix, Linux, and Windows. • Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.
