Technical Skills:5-7 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.Proficiency in React and its core principles (hooks, state management, etc.).Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.Strong JS knowledge with deep understanding of Promises, concurrency and ES6+ featuresUnderstanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Familiarity with version control tools like Git.Knowledge of frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Babel, etc.).Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.Preferred experience with TypeScript.Knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Context API.Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.Experience in designing applications architecture and starting a new project from scratchUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and version control workflows.Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines.Software design principlesAdvanced code review levelHands on experience with performance optimizationExpert at planning and estimating work accuratelyKnowledge in web accessibilityRoles and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable frontend components using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces.Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in front end development.Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth and bug-free user experiences.Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.Process Skills:Agile ScrumBehavioral Skills:Result oriented team playerGood in communicationInterpersonal skills
