They must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues in a matrixed environment to drive all aspects of this activity.Define and propose integrated ELM solutions covering customer processes, ensuring strategic alignment and technical feasibility.Collect, formalize, and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical and functional specifications for ELM systems.Design system architecture addressing data management, process automation, integration with systems like PLM/ERP/MES, and scalability for future requirements.Oversee implementation phases, including stakeholder communication, technical governance, risk mitigation, and delivery to the business roadmap.The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in PLM/ERP implementation and solution architecture, a post-graduation or graduation in computer science or mechanical engineering, and strong English skills.Key responsibilities include:Main Responsibilities:Developing comprehensive ELM solutions that meet customer needs and ensure strategic alignment.Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for ELM systems.Designing scalable system architecture that addresses data management, process automation, and integration with external systems.Leading implementation phases, including stakeholder communication, technical governance, and risk mitigation.Requirements:4-7 years of experience in PLM/ERP implementation and solution architecture.Post-graduation or graduation in computer science or mechanical engineering.Strong English skills.
