Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.Job Responsibilities:Month-end accrual activities and reportingAssist in resolving complex issues and escalations by leveraging your experience to guide the team toward effective solutionsAddress stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly, providing clear and concise explanations as neededContinuously assess and enhance rebate calculation and processing procedures to streamline operations and opportunities for improvementHandling customer queries for Middle Eastern vendors and ensuring proper resolution within the pre-defined time frameInteracting with customers and the front office team over emails and calls as when requiredAssist in audit processes by providing accurate documentation and explanations of rebate calculations and activities and preparing SOPsKey Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, MBA/PGDM in finance specializationExposure to the e-commerce Industry will be an add-onExtensive knowledge of Accounts receivables, book-keeping & operational financeStrong influencing, negotiation, and communication skillsProficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as MS Excel, MSD-365, and SQLDetail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skillsShould be able to work independently with minimum supervision and proactively report issues/gaps in the current processExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management, including senior management
