The consultant will support a Saudi-based project, driving identity governance, access management, integration, and compliance across SAP landscapes.Location : India (Remote)Type : Contract, 6 months extendableExperience : 10+ yearsSaudi Shift - Sunday to Thursday - 10.30 am to 7.30 pm ISTRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in SAP Security & GRC Access Control.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP IAG (Cloud Identity Access Governance).Strong experience with:Access Risk AnalysisAccess Request ManagementBRF+ workflowsRole design (Business & Technical roles)SoD and critical access risk frameworksExperience integrating SAP IAG SAP GRC AC and cloud systems.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Security, Fiori authorization concepts, and cloud identity provisioning.Familiarity with IAM tools (Azure AD, Okta, IAS/IPS) is a plus.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure SAP IAG components including Access Request Service, Role Design, Access Analysis, User Access Provisioning, and Access Certification.Integrate SAP IAG with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud applications, and SAP GRC Access Control (on-premise).Manage and optimize identity lifecycle, role-based access controls (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.Design and enhance workflow configurations, MS Azure AD integrations, and provisioning automation.Conduct risk analysis, SoD checks, remediation, and mitigation activities.Perform role redesign, role clean-up, and access optimization across systems.Troubleshoot IAG issues, manage transport activities, and support audit and compliance requirements.Prepare documentation: functional specs, configuration guides, security concept documents, and test scripts.Collaborate with functional, security, audit, and cloud teams to ensure compliant and secure access governance.Deliver knowledge transfer and support project cutover and post-go-live activities.Nice to HaveSAP Certification in GRC/IAG/SecurityExperience with SAP BTP, IAS/IPSExperience with audit, compliance, and SoD framework implementationsPrevious remote/onsite Saudi project experienceWHAT'S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
