Provide status update on all the tickets to service delivery managerResponsible for keeping SLAs intactPeriodically update the issue log with the right information in the ticketing tool for the incidents / problem management tickets. Timely escalation on the ticket to third party and vendor, take end to end ownership until the issue is completely resolved. Periodically monitor background job and take corrective action in case of failureRecommend industry best practices, implement service improvement plans and ultimately bring application stabilityPrepare and maintain all documentation required for the engagementCooperate with audit team, implement recommendations received from Audit teamConnect with Business Users team periodically to update the status of the incidents, problem tickets and system changes. Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, drive process integration, and standardization.
