Role Details:
Position: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (India)
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Target Market: United States (SMBs & Growth-stage businesses)
Role Description:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Beetexting, you will bridge the gap between our product, sales, and marketing teams. You’ll own market analysis, positioning, messaging, and content creation, while also bringing graphic design skills to deliver visually compelling campaigns.
This role is based in India but focused exclusively on U.S. customers. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership in the U.S., so comfort working across time zones is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Customer Analysis:
- Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
- Develop U.S. customer personas, segmentation models, and journey maps.
- Partner with product and sales teams to align messaging with customer needs.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Craft clear, differentiated positioning for Beetexting’s products.
- Create messaging frameworks for campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels (website, email, sales decks, social).
Marketing Content & Collateral:
- Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets:
- Sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies
- Infographics, visuals, and product explainer content
- Campaign graphics for ads, social, and email
- Collaborate with agencies/freelancers when needed to scale design work.
Go-to-Market Execution:
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Partner with demand gen to develop campaigns targeting U.S. SMBs.
- Support sales with enablement tools and customer-facing collateral.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track marketing performance (campaign ROI, pipeline influence, content usage).
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for campaigns and product adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or SaaS Marketing.
- Strong market analysis and customer research skills.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (U.S. tone and style).
- Proven experience creating sales and marketing collateral for U.S. markets.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across functions.
Good to have Skills:
- Experience in B2B SaaS (communications, productivity, or CRM tools preferred).
- Exposure to startups or fast-scaling companies (Zoho, Freshworks, Razorpay, Zepto, etc.).
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing for explainer videos.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
