About the RoleAs a Senior Executive - Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, processes, and controls.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food science and technology, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.This role requires someone who is meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to communicate complex ideas effectively.You will work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure that all audits, investigations, and inspections are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in food science and technology or Microbiology or Hotel management or catering technology from a recognized university.In addition, they should have sufficient knowledge of FSS Act and regulation, as well as sector-specific knowledge regarding hygiene, sanitary practices, process knowledge, allergen management, etc.Key Responsibilities:Execute Food Safety audit as per FSSAI requirementConduct customized audit across Catering/Base Kitchen Audits/Live kitchen AuditsReports to be submitted within 2 working daysFollow up of NC closure for both external and internal auditsEnsure developed corrective action on nonconformities are implemented effectivelySUPPORTING FOR THE PREPARATION OF EXTERNAL AUDITSInvolved in root cause analysis for the identified non-conformities or complaintsVerify the corrective action implementation effectivenessRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in food science and technology or Microbiology or Hotel management or catering technology from recognized universityPREFERENCE WOULD BE GIVEN IF ACQUIRED ACCREDITED LEAD AUDITOR COURSE IN FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISO22000/FSSC22000)HAVE SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE OF FSS ACT AND REGULATIONMUST HAVE SECTOR SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REGARDING HYGIENE, SANITARY PRACTICES, PROCESS KNOWLEDGE, ALLERGEN MANAGEMENT, ETCCERTIFIED INTERNAL AUDITOR ON ISO 22000 / HACCP / FOS TACKNOWLEDGE IN QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
