Monitor the progress of leads from initial contact to closure, maintaining dailyupdates. Support administrative functions including logistics coordination,documentation, and vendor follow-ups. Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in day-to-day office operations. Handle travel arrangements, material dispatch tracking, and expensecoordination. Work under defined monthly or quarterly targets for performance accountability.Skills and Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Administration). 13 years of experience in lead management, inside sales, or administrativeroles. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.Performance Expectations Achieve defined lead conversion and administrative support goals. Ensure efficient coordination between sales and administrative teams.
