Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Therapist at Kosmoderma Skin, Hair & Body Clinics. The Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of skin, hair, and body care treatments, using advanced equipment and techniques according to Kosmoderma protocols. Additional responsibilities include consulting clients on suitable treatment plans, maintaining accurate client records, ensuring top hygiene standards are upheld, and working closely with medical and non-medical teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Qualifications Expertise in skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and laser proceduresKnowledge of advanced hair care and body contouring treatmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectivelyAbility to follow safety protocols and maintain a sterile working environmentExcellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teamsFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced clinical settingCosmetology or dermatology-related certifications or training is a plusPrior experience in skincare or beauty clinics will be an advantage
