Job Title: Autism TherapistWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Autism Therapist to join our team at Aar-Tas International School. As an Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum using evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).You will work closely with senior therapists, educators, and families to support student development and implement individualized education programs.Key Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions aligned with each child's Individualized Education Program (IEP)Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using DTT, NET, and ABLLS-R assessmentsMaintain accurate behavior and learning data using MS ExcelAssist in preparing progress reports, goal planning, and documentationCollaborate with senior therapists, educators, and families to support student developmentRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Psychology (preferred)Strong communication skillsEnglish fluency is mandatory; Kannada/Hindi/Malayalam is an added advantageHigh levels of empathy, patience, and passion for working with childrenUnderstanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Knowledge of ABA principles, ABLLS-R, DTT, and NETBenefits:Unlimited tea, coffee, and beveragesMaggi noodles on requestAir-conditioned therapeutic environmentIntercom installed in every roomDedicated sensory-friendly rooms specially designed for children with AutismWork Location:Aar-Tas International School for Autism and Special Kids, Banashankari, Bengaluru 560085
