Lead UI DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Lead UI Developer to assume key responsibilities in our organization.You will work closely with a team of business and technical specialists to create high-quality UI designs that meet the needs of our clients.You will participate in workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements, and define, design, and develop illustrator wireframing and UI for client applications and in-house products.You will collaborate with automation/RPA and .Net/Web developers to integrate UI into .NET/Web applications.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash, and Flex. They will also have experience building responsive web/App design, conducting usability testing, and using visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts.We require someone with at least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer, and at least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer. The candidate should also have mastered hand-on design and development using C#.NET, and have proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns.We value effective communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, high Emotional IQ, and a team-oriented approach.
