Join our team of talented designers and developers as a high-end UI/UX expert to create premium web experiences that exceed client expectations.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced web designer & developer with strong UI/UX expertise to design, develop, and maintain luxury real estate landing pages, project microsites, and company websites.Key Responsibilities:Create modern, responsive, and premium website designs for high-end clientsDesign project-specific landing pages, portfolio sections, and enquiry funnelsDevelop visually rich UI components inspired by luxury real-estate global brandsConduct user research to understand behavior and design intuitive UX flowsEnsure fast performance, SEO-friendly structure, and mobile optimisationIntegrate features like lead forms, CRM integration, project showcase galleries, before/after sliders, 3D render sections, and interactive site progress updatesWork with the branding team to maintain consistent color palette, fonts, and layoutsManage regular updates, maintenance, bug fixes, and improvementsRequirements:Proven experience in website design + development (portfolio required)Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user psychology, and digital journeysExpertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress / Webflow / React, Figma / Adobe XD, and landing page optimisation toolsAbility to convert architectural 3D renders, plans, and brochures into elegant online pagesStrong sense of luxury design aestheticsAbility to work independently and deliver to deadlinesMust have experience designing for premium brands / real estate / architecture (preferred)Preferred Qualities:Minimalistic but premium UI design approachStrong understanding of SEO basicsCreative thinker with problem-solving mindsetAbility to design smooth animations, transitions, micro-interactionsComfortable with A/B testing and improving conversion ratesAbility to propose innovative website features that elevate user engagementWhat We Offer:Growth opportunity to lead future digital expansion projectsFlexible working arrangements and competitive compensation package
