We are committed to our clients’ long-term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 countries around the globe.· Job Title: SAP Production Planning· Location: Bangalore· Experience: 7+ yrs· Job Type : Contract to hire.· Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills:The SAP PP Production Planning QM Quality Management Consultant will be responsible for providing ongoing support issue resolution and enhancements for SAP PP and QM modules in a live production environment The role involves working closely with business users analyzing incidents troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operations of manufacturing and quality processesKey ResponsibilitiesIncident Management SupportHandle daytoday support tickets related to SAP PP and QM modulesAnalyze troubleshoot and resolve issues within agreed SLAsProvide root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes Process Monitoring OptimizationMonitor production planning and quality management processes in SAPEnsure smooth execution of MRP runs production orders and inspection lotsSuggest process improvements and minor enhancements Configuration EnhancementsPerform minor configuration changes in PP and QM as per business requirementsSupport integration with other SAP modules MM SD WM User Support TrainingAssist endusers with functional queries and provide guidance on best practicesConduct knowledge transfer sessions for business teams Documentation ComplianceMaintain detailed documentation of changes fixes and enhancementsEnsure compliance with organizational and SAP standardsRequired Skills ExperienceStrong functional knowledge of SAP PP Master Data BOM Routing MRP Production Orders and SAP QM Inspection Plans Inspection Lots Quality NotificationsExperience in support projects with ticket handling and SLA adherenceUnderstanding of integration points with MM SD and WM modulesAbility to analyze ABAP debug logs basic level for issue resolutionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNicetoHaveExposure to S4HANA environmentBasic knowledge of IDOCs and interfacesExperience in batch management and serial number handlingSkillsMandatory Skills : SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio),Kanban,Discrete Manufacturing,Process Manufacturing,Production Planning,Public Cloud SCPM,Repetitive Manufacturing
