This role involves driving revenue through the sale of both marketing services (paidmedia, SEO, branding, social media management) and technology solutions (AI consulting, mobile/webdevelopment, and staff augmentation).You will be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, engaging in value-driven conversations, andnurturing prospects through a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate should be confident,client-focused, and comfortable working across multiple service lines.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Qualification & Conversion: Follow up on leads to assess intent, qualify interest, and movethem through the sales funnel. Conduct discovery calls to identify client pain points and positionthe right service offerings accordingly.2. Pipeline Development & Nurturing: Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leadsthrough proactive outreach, personalized communication, and follow-ups. Use insights from clientinteractions to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities across marketing and IT servicedomains.3. Consultative Selling & Value Presentation: Conduct meaningful conversations to understandclient objectives and challenges. Present tailored solutions with clear value propositions that alignwith client goals and deliver measurable outcomes.4. CRM Hygiene & Engagement Tracking: Maintain accurate records of lead activity, engagement,and progress across stages using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Monitor email opens, linkclicks, and content interactions to prioritize high-potential leads and inform follow-up strategy.5. Collaboration & Proposal Support: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and tech)to draft service proposals, pitch decks, and proof of concepts. Ensure that client expectations arealigned with proposed solutions during the pre-sales and post-sales process.6. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets througheffective pipeline management and closing strategies. Build long-term client relationships thatfoster repeat business and referrals.Requirements1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or staffing solutions.Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.Hands-on experience with CRM systems and outreach tools.A consultative and client-first approach to selling.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in selling services such as SEO, paid ads, content marketing, or branding.Exposure to selling web/app development, AI-based services, or staff augmentation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
