Business Development Consultant Location: Noida (On-site) Experience: 1+ years Department: Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: UK Timezone (02:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST) Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves driving revenue through the sale of both marketing services (paid media, SEO, branding, social media management) and technology solutions (AI consulting, mobile/web development, and staff augmentation). You will be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, engaging in value-driven conversations, and nurturing prospects through a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate should be confident, client-focused, and comfortable working across multiple service lines. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Qualification & Conversion: Follow up on leads to assess intent, qualify interest, and move them through the sales funnel. Conduct discovery calls to identify client pain points and position the right service offerings accordingly. 2. Pipeline Development & Nurturing: Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, personalized communication, and follow-ups. Use insights from client interactions to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities across marketing and IT service domains. 3. Consultative Selling & Value Presentation: Conduct meaningful conversations to understand client objectives and challenges. Present tailored solutions with clear value propositions that align with client goals and deliver measurable outcomes. 4. CRM Hygiene & Engagement Tracking: Maintain accurate records of lead activity, engagement, and progress across stages using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Monitor email opens, link clicks, and content interactions to prioritize high-potential leads and inform follow-up strategy. 5. Collaboration & Proposal Support: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and tech) to draft service proposals, pitch decks, and proof of concepts. Ensure that client expectations are aligned with proposed solutions during the pre-sales and post-sales process. 6. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing strategies. Build long-term client relationships that foster repeat business and referrals. Requirements 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or staffing solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and outreach tools. A consultative and client-first approach to selling. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in selling services such as SEO, paid ads, content marketing, or branding. Exposure to selling web/app development, AI-based services, or staff augmentation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
