The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, valuation, M&A or principal investing, and a deep understanding of capital raising, due diligence, and transaction structuring in emerging markets.Key Responsibilities:Transaction Execution and Structuring: Conduct detailed financial due diligence, build, audit, and refine complex financial models for equity, debt, and blended finance transactions.Investor Engagement and Fundraising: Evaluate and execute fundraising strategies for companies and projects, including sourcing and engaging with investors, negotiating terms, and supporting deal closure.Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct market, sector, and regulatory analysis across assigned industries and geographies to identify emerging investment opportunities.Client Advisory and Portfolio Support: Assess investment readiness and advise startups, corporates, and project developers on improving bankability.Leadership and Knowledge Development: Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing best-in-class financial models, valuation frameworks, and investment toolkits.Requirements: A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is required. 7-12 years of relevant experience in investment banking, operational roles, private equity, venture capital, project finance, or related fields are necessary.
