Senior DTP Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Senior DTP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in document formatting, graphic editing, and automation tools.The successful candidate will be responsible for format and edit documents as per client specifications, handle complex document formatting and layout tasks using MS Word, edit graphics as per the instructions using applications, utilize macros and automation tools to improve efficiency and quality, ensure on-time delivery and maintain high-quality standards, review and provide feedback on work done by junior team members, work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively, mentor junior DTP specialists to improve team performance, collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution, and troubleshoot DTP-related issues and suggest process improvements.Bachelor's Degree.Advanced proficiency in MS Word for document formatting.Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for graphic editing.Proven experience in DTP OCR processing and quality assurance.Advance Proficiency in using industry-standard OCR software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, ABBYY FineReader).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in the translation and localization industry.
