Your expertise in simplifying and enhancing user experiences, establishing best practices, and driving technical solutions will be instrumental in elevating our products.Key Responsibilities:Actively contribute to efforts aimed at streamlining and improving the customer journey.Develop and maintain coding standards and documentation.Collaborate with product delivery teams to provide technical support and guidance.Conduct thorough code reviews, create comprehensive documentation, and design robust test suites.Own and drive the development of product performance and frameworks within a specific area of focus.Provide expert technical support for multiple applications.Lead software projects with minimal supervision.Define technical requirements for new and existing products.Develop strategic roadmaps and prioritize technical debt.Respond efficiently to complex problems and challenges.Mentor junior engineers and team members.Requirements:Fluency in English, both written and spoken.BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and other relevant technologies.Distributed Systems Design, Event-Driven development, and Pyramid testing methodologies expertise.Automation (CI/CD) and cloud platforms (AWS, Elastic Search, Pub/Sub patterns) knowledge.Version control systems (Git) expertise.Ability to maintain and extend existing codebases.Previous experience leading POCs or technical tool adoption initiatives.Kubernetes and observability tooling expertise.At least 7 years of experience in software development.
