Job Title: AI Software DeveloperPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AI software developer with strong expertise in building production-ready AI solutions within an engineering product, semiconductor, or hardware manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Development: Implement and maintain PyTorch-based training and inference pipelines for efficient model deployment.Data Management: Develop modular, reusable code for data processing, model evaluation, and serving to optimize performance and accuracy.System Integration: Manage data transfer between systems (Windows/Linux) using protocols such as gRPC, protobuf.Software Engineering: Apply CI/CD, version control, testing, and documentation best practices for scalable software development.Model Deployment: Support deployment of AI/ML models into production or internal tools.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:Education: MS/MTech from a reputable institution, preferably from IIT, IISc, IIIT, BITS, NIT, or Tier-1 institutes.Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in algorithm development and 3 years of hands-on experience in Python and PyTorch.Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of version control, software testing, deployment workflows, and experience with gRPC, protobuf, shared memory, data serialization protocols.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and collaborate with expert teams.
