Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Underwriting Team Lead to oversee and direct the underwriting process for US Residential Mortgage. This key role will be responsible for leading a team of underwriters to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a group of underwriters to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to underwriting functions. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production reports to track team performance. Coordinate activities with managers to ensure smooth operations and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in underwriting US Residential Mortgage. In-depth knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry and various types of mortgage products. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
