Job OverviewThis role focuses on Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), with an emphasis on IT Controls Lead for Internal Financial Reporting (ICFR) and System and Organization Control (SOC) compliance.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in GRC, ICFR, SOC, COSO compliance, and IT audit, with direct experience in IT ERP controls, particularly in remediation activities for ERP systems.GRC Consultant – ICFR IT Controls LeadStrong understanding of IT General Controls and IT Audit Committee frameworksExperience working across multiple ERP environments (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Epicor preferred)Main ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities include:Leading remediation effortsTranslating technical gaps into actionable business requirementsMaintaining risk registers, developing mitigation plans, and driving closure of findingsSupporting internal and external audit cyclesThe successful candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Essential Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:Proven expertise in GRC, ICFR, and SOCStrong understanding of ITGC and ITAC frameworksExperience working across multiple ERP environments (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Epicor preferred)BenefitsWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
