In order to better enhance our competitiveness and respond to the market demand faster and better, the existing sales force and model can no longer meet the real development needs. In order to better adapt to the company's long-term development strategy, promote and develop the full-platform wind energy products and service solutions including carbon fiber yarn and recycling, fabric and extrusion, equipment, testing, logistics, etc., we hereby apply for recruiting high-level professional.


About the Role:


A Regional Technical Service Engineer in India.


Responsibilities:


a) Cooperate and support product development and qualification work, complete corresponding project tasks, provide technical service support for customers’ on-site trials, and ensure customer satisfaction,

b) Communicate with customers, regularly collect customer feedback and on-site usage of the company's products, link with the headquarter to ensure smooth and consistent information, guide internal improvement directions, and enhance customer satisfaction,

c) Analyze and collect product usage problems and customer complaints, provide corresponding improvement plans to customers, appease the site, resolve product complaints, and formulate a written report.

d) Explore potential customer needs, collaborate with the headquarter to expand products and services, and support the expansion of sales

e) Participate in industry exhibition forums, collect information on industry, customer, and peer technology trends, report in writing to relevant company departments and personnel.

f) Other tasks assigned by the company


Qualifications:


Citizens residing in India, with a bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in the wind energy industry, and familiarity with blade production processes, including the application of fabrics and pultrusion in wind turbine blades.


Required Skills:


Strong interpersonal relationship maintenance and communication skills, good pressure resistance and adaptability, excellent logical thinking and innovative thinking.

Language requirements: Fluent in English, preferably if you can understand multiple languages.

Proficient in operating office software such as Office , and mature reporting capabilities

Have APQP4Wind and project management knowledge and skills

Have quality awareness and methods

Be familiar with the production process of wind turbine blades, and understand the production process and application methods of fabrics and pultrusion

Preferred Skills:


Citizens residing in India, with a bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in the wind energy industry, and familiarity with blade production processes, including the application of fabrics and pultrusion in wind turbine blades.


Pay range and compensation package:


Salary negotiable.
