**Job Title**: IT Support Engineer

**Job Summary**: The IT Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems and providing technical support to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network infrastructure, and implementing Procedure.

2. **System Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, software installations, and hardware upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems.

3. **Network Administration**: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Dialer, firewalls, and wireless access points. Configure network settings and troubleshoot connectivity issues as needed.

5. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other IT team members, including system administrators, network engineers, and developers, to resolve complex technical issues.

6. **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

7. **Vendor Management: Liaise** with external vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and support contracts. Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

8. **Dialer and Telephonic Server Handling experience.**

**9. Excellent Knowledge of Linux and Server Management**

**Age Criteria : 30 to 35**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
