About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand & Marketing Lead, for our esteemed Client, with 8-10 years of experience to drive our brand identity, strategy, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a startup mindset, a passion for retail, and a knack for creating high-impact campaigns. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent communication across channels, crafting memorable customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Identity: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that ensures consistent communication across all channels, aligning with business objectives.
- Marketing Calendar: Design an annual and seasonal marketing calendar to include high-impact campaigns and activations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Public Relations: Build and execute effective PR strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement a visual merchandising strategy, ensuring compelling product storytelling across stores.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Lead the creation of engaging online content (long and short form) to captivate and retain customers.
- Campaign Development: Design and execute ATL campaigns and support BTL activities to drive brand visibility.
- Performance Marketing: Develop strategies to drive offline traffic using innovative performance marketing techniques.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster a strong collaborative culture with cross-functional teams and effectively manage a motivated team.
Ideal Candidate:
- A strong understanding of retail dynamics and a track record of creating impactful campaigns leveraging digital channels for an omnichannel experience.
- Aesthetic sensibilities with a keen eye for visual merchandising excellence.
- Wacky, creative, and able to think outside the box.
- Educational Background: MBA from a Tier I institute (MICA, ISB, etc.) preferred.
