Job Title: Director of Cultural TransformationWe are seeking a highly experienced and visionary professional to lead our cultural transformation initiatives. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving change management strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and monitoring cultural health.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to drive organizational transformation and cultural change.Design and execute employee engagement strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.Lead transformation projects to modernize service delivery and adopt best-in-class practices.Partner with the senior leadership team to align HR culture and transformation initiatives with the overall business strategy.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress in culture change, transformation success, and employee engagement.Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, managers, and employees.Qualifications:Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology from a reputable institution.15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focusing on HR transformation and culture.Proven experience as a HR Transformation Manager or in a similar role, driving HR transformation initiatives.Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure, multi-location environment.Comfortable to travel as needed for HR transformation initiatives.Benefits:Opportunity to make a strategic impact on business performance.Chance to lead the cultural evolution of a large, diverse workforce.Collaborative and inclusive workplace environment.Why You'll Thrive Here:This organization offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change and contribute to the growth and development of a talented team.
