Service Delivery SpecialistThe Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and managing ticket distribution to ensure timely handling of client access management requests.This role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with respect to technical design requirements, data concepts, mapping, and relationships for the IT Service Management system. The specialist is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the ITSM Ticketing System, providing administrative support for users, roles, and groups, and maintaining and reviewing the effectiveness of ITSM processes.This position requires a solid background in supporting customer-facing systems and an understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and configuring workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic in the ServiceNow platform, contributing to quality assurance strategy, collaborating on code integration/test/deployment, and regularly updating system plug-ins and applications for optimal performance and security.Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication and customer service skills, proven ability to learn, good understanding of ITIL methodologies, 2-3 years of IT service management industry experience, and experience working in the ServiceNow platform or similar tools.Responsibilities:Provide technical support and manage ticket distributionAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ITSM processesTroubleshoot and resolve ITSM Ticketing System issuesAdminister user roles and groupsMaintain and review ITSM process effectivenessRequirements:2-3 years of IT service management industry experienceExperience working in the ServiceNow platform or similar toolsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven ability to learn and understand ITIL methodologies
