Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role is to train a team of associates, imparting knowledge that positively impacts their soft skills, voice, accent, language, or behaviors as defined by clients. This involves conducting refresher and update training on communication, soft skills, grammar, syllable stress, and voice intonation.Associate performance will be continuously monitored and tracked for deviations, ensuring ongoing improvements through curated refreshers aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Regular assessments of training needs will identify gaps in performance, facilitating targeted interventions.Periodic meetings and huddles with the team will gauge and improve performance, while tracking and ensuring improvement of lower-performing associates. Internal audits on communications and soft skills will be facilitated, and Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) will be conducted on a monthly basis to plug loopholes in training.Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong coaching and mentoring abilitiesAbility to adapt to changing environments and prioritiesProficiency in grammar, syntax, and accent neutralizationBenefitsThis role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
