Salesforce Architect:



We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to drive cross functional projects. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and also mentor the Salesforce team.



Responsibilities:

· Develop custom solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform using

· Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce development tools

· Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to our internal users, including troubleshooting issues.

· Lead and mentor other developers to ensure our Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our enterprise architecture and best practices

· Work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions that align with our lightweight, consistent governance standards

· Ensure that our Salesforce solutions are secure, reliable, and available to our users

· Research and evaluate new Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for adoption based on business needs and technical feasibility

· Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce integrations and customizations

· Monitor Salesforce performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization

· Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to improve the platform's effectiveness

· Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce projects and initiatives




Qualifications

· 7+ years experience in software engineering

· 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including developing custom solutions and integrations using Apex and Lightning Web Components

· Salesforce Developer certifications

· Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, including relationships between objects and fields

· Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications

· Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding other developers

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Comfortable with lightweight, consistent governance standards and best practices

· Experience with enterprise system implementations

· Experience with Agile methodologies and tools

· Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Salesforce CLI, etc.) for Salesforce

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
