In 2006, SOBHA made history with its highly successful initial public offering, solidifying its position as a preferred real estate brand in India.Role DescriptionThis is a full time role based at Marina One, Kochi, Kerala.The incumbent will be responsible for managing and coordinating marketing activities.Daily tasks shall include developing marketing strategies, establishing and maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders and preparing and executing the monthly marketing calendar.Shall be responsible for driving site vists, planning and executing events and activations in collaboration with banks, channel partners and brands of similar statureQualificationsAnalytical Skills with the ability to analyze market trends and business data.Strong Communication, both written and verbal, and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholdersUnderstanding of Business principles and practicesExperience in the real estate industry is a plusBachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related fieldAbility to work independently and remotely
