Tasks Roles & Responsibilities: Market Study & Analysis Research and analyze current market trends. Collect data on upcoming projects (hospitals, villas, government projects, residences, malls, etc.). Conduct demographic surveys to identify potential customers. Carry out competitor surveys on price, product, brand, design, and payment strategies. Conduct market research to evaluate customer response to new products. Monitor product performance and recommend modifications to marketing strategies. 2. Site Visits & Clientele Development Confirm and schedule appointments with customers and dealers. Organize showroom visits to address customer requirements. Prepare and maintain a directory of prospective clients. Execute cold calling and follow-ups with agents, architects, builders, contractors, designers, and engineers. 3. Sales & Marketing Support the marketing team in pricing strategy development. Ensure availability of company profile, catalogues, and price lists during appointments. Present e-catalogues and services to customers. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Identify sales leads and assist clients in product selection and brand finalization. Close sales while clearly communicating payment terms and conditions. Ensure timely collection of trade payments. Coordinate timely delivery of confirmed orders. Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support. Work with internal departments to resolve complaints. Engage in digital and online marketing initiatives. Achieve sales and collection targets. Supervise marketing team activities to ensure task completion and goal achievement. 4. Exhibitions & Events Organize and participate in company exhibitions and marketing events. Coordinate with the Design & Execution (DNE) team for display arrangements. Collect new data and follow up with leads generated during events. 5. Branding & Sales Promotion Assist in creating promotional materials (brochures, blogs, marketing content). Support in identifying suitable sites for hoardings. Coordinate promotional schemes and gift distributions. 6. Project Coordination Collect plans and designs from clients/dealers (kitchen, bathrooms, interiors, claddings, etc.). Provide predesigned templates and plans from the Design & Execution team. Finalize products and materials with clients, ensuring design updates are obtained. Ensure timely completion of displays and mockups. Manage service charge collection for design services, if applicable. 7. Reports & Documentation Prepare reports, graphs, and detailed data analysis using software tools. Present research findings through reports and presentations. Submit weekly and monthly reports as required. 8. Customer Satisfaction & Service Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction during pre- and post-sales.Provide swift service availability to address urgent customer requirements.
