Innovative Automation Solutions Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled automation engineers to design and implement innovative solutions for CAD/CAE workflows, integrate with PLM systems, and lead initiatives that reduce design cycle time and improve engineering productivity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize CAD/CAE automation tools using a range of technologies including CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, CATScript, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C++, and other industry-standard platforms.Automate complex design and simulation workflows across multiple platforms such as CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys, Abaqus.Integrate CAD/CAE systems with PLM platforms (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter) for seamless data flow and efficient collaboration.Implement pre-processing and post-processing automation for FEA/CFD workflows, including mesh generation, validation, and report automation.Collaborate with global engineering and IT teams to deploy scalable automation solutions that meet business needs.Drive Agile-based development, manage sprints, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automation tools.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong experience in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA V5, NX, Creo, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys).Proficiency in CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C#, C++.Hands-on experience with PLM integration, automation frameworks, and data validation scripts.Knowledge of Agile methodology, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Preferred: Experience in CAE process automation, PLM migration, and team leadership.QualificationsBachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.5–12 years of experience in CAD/CAE automation and customization.Select candidates will be required to work from an office near their current location.
