About the Role

This is more than a role; it’s a springboard to an accelerated career path. Whether you aspire to attend the world’s top B-Schools, become an entrepreneur, join private equity, or fast-track to a C-Suite role, this position is ideal for you.

As part of the Founder’s Office, you will:

  • Develop strategic business initiatives from inception to successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
  • Collaborate with executives on decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Spearhead impactful partnerships and alliances, driving strategic collaborations to bolster ImpactGuru's growth and influence in the healthcare technology domain.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of forward-thinking strategies, ensuring ImpactGuru stays at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
  • Conduct market research, synthesize data, and develop competitive strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize operational workflows and enhance overall performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO on matters such as company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management, department leaders, and external clients & customers of the new vertical.
