Ai Product LeaderWe're developing a procurement platform that leverages artificial intelligence to streamline operations.Develop and implement the company's AI strategy, breaking it down into actionable quarterly and annual roadmaps.Analyze AI opportunities across various aspects of sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, contract processing, workflows, risk management, and cost optimization to identify high-impact initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Own the product vision, discovery, and execution for all AI-driven projects.Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to build scalable AI platforms, models, and services.Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, prompt engineering, evaluation pipelines) to deploy reliable and safe AI products.Promote user-centric product development by deeply understanding procurement workflows, user pain points, and adoption behaviors.Requirements:7–12 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML-driven products in high-growth startups.Familiarity with building ML/GenAI applications — strong technical intuition is essential.A comprehensive understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, AI agents, model evaluation, and AI safety in enterprise environments.About Us:We're committed to revolutionizing the procurement landscape through innovative AI solutions.
