Accounting Professional WantedWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting in auditing, preparing financial reports, conducting accounting and tax compliance, and analyzing financial statements.Key Responsibilities:Assist in auditing and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.Prepare and analyze financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.Conduct research on new accounting standards and regulations to stay up-to-date on industry developments.Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the finance department.Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions and activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.Pursuing CA / CMA with completed Intermediate level is mandatory.Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis.Knowledge of Corporate Tax, GST, TDS, and other compliance-related requirements.Proficiency in using accounting software and tools such as Tally, GST compliance software, or Microsoft Excel.Ability to conduct internal and external auditing processes and assessments.Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and analyzing financial records.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
