Lead Test Engineer

We are offering a position as a Lead Test Engineer for the software testing of a product solution that operates within a model-based development environment using MATLAB®, Simulink®, and Stateflow®. As part of the test team, you will lead the design and implementation of tests and the associated test landscape applying your deep knowledge of various test methodologies to make a decisive contribution to the quality assurance of our product. With your strong technical understanding, creativity, and flair for innovation, you will help optimize the testing process and enhance product quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with product goals and development timelines. You will mentor and guide the team members fostering a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
