They will also be involved in financial analysis and providing insights to management on financial performance.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about accounting and wants to take their career to the next level.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Please find below the key responsibilities of the role:Key Responsibilities:Prepare and file tax returns on a regular basis, adhering to the prescribed deadlines.Review and verify tax-related documents, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance.Monitor changes in tax regulations and communicate the implications to relevant stakeholders.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any tax-related queries or issues promptly.Employee Payroll Management:Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.Handle payroll tax deductions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Bookkeeping and Financial Records:Audit financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts regularly.Financial Analysis and Reporting:Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as an Accountant with expertise in tax filing, payroll management, and bookkeeping.Thorough understanding of Indian accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
