Job Summary:Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact point for end users, providing timely and effective support via various channels.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Qualify and Open tickets for remediation of events in a timely manner.Triage Tickets to respective teams efficiently.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical tasks effectively, with expertise in remote support and troubleshooting skills.Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communications skills, with exposure to ITIL standards for infrastructure management.Technical Requirements:Email Flow Issues: Ability to understand internal and external email flow issues.OS Troubleshooting: End-user support, OS troubleshooting and support, basic software troubleshooting and support (MS office, messengers, outlook, etc.).Personal Qualities:Customer Relationship Skills: Demonstrate a high level of customer relationship skills, including email etiquette.Time Management: Good time management skills, including follow-up and rotational shift work.
