As a senior backend engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Python and Django.Key Skills and Qualifications:Backend Development: Expert-level skills in Python, Django/Flask, RESTful APIs, Websockets, and other relevant technologies.Cloud Technologies: Proficient in cloud infrastructure management with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions), and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab CI or Github Actions.Databases: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and other database systems.AI/ML: Familiarity with basic Machine Learning concepts and experience with RAG, Vector Databases (Pinecone or ChromaDB).Tools: Expert-level skills in Git, Docker, Linux, and other relevant tools.Responsibilities:Design and develop complex features for our AI-powered platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
