They should also possess 6-8 years of professional experience in backend development with a strong focus on Golang programming.A proven track record of designing and operating microservices architectures is necessary. The candidate should have expertise in Kubernetes orchestration and container management. Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana is also required.Familiarity with document-oriented databases like MongoDB and knowledge of vector databases is advantageous. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, including services related to compute, storage, and networking is essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment, is also necessary.
