As a EDI Sterling Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining EDI solutions using IBM Sterling to ensure seamless electronic data interchange with business partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI with Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring efficient order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment.Key responsibilities include managing and supporting EDI mapping, translation, and communication processes with trading partners, onboarding and testing EDI connections, and resolving EDI-related issues. The specialist must also conduct root cause analysis of EDI failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company-specific EDI requirements.Required skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with proven experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File Gateway.
