The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and experience in developing robust, scalable backend applications. We are seeking someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and excited to work in an Agile environment.Location: Bangalore And MumbaiRequirementsKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring Boot framework. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and data protection measures. Troubleshoot and debug applications. Stay current with new technologies and best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing. Required Skills and Qualifications:4-9 years of experience in Java software development. Proficiency in the Spring framework and its various modules (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.). Experience in designing and creating RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of Java Collections, Streams, and Multithreading. Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Skills:Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Understanding of testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito. Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
