Overview: You will play a key role in designing and developing high-quality, engaging learning experiences for our students and faculty. Leveraging your expertise in instructional design, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to create innovative and effective educational materials. Explore different eLearning platforms and find a quality training program that aligns with our teaching and content standards. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and define learning objectives.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and outlines for eLearning modules.
  • Support the creation of quizzes to measure learning outcomes.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in instructional design materials to ensure they meet the standards.
  • Assist in reviewing and revising course content based on feedback from SMEs, stakeholders, and learners.
  • Conduct quality checks on learning content to ensure it aligns with best practices for instructional design and user experience.


Qualification:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (Instructional design certification is a plus).
  • 1-4 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related field (internships or academic projects are a plus).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning delivery platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
