We are looking for a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing instructional content for target audiences across the globe.

This role requires a strong foundation in instructional design principles, e-learning tools, and content development. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendor teams to plan and track the progress of content development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Design & Content Development:
  • Create compelling storyboards/scripts and assessments.
  • Review stage-wise artifacts from the content development process lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate command over e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) based tools for content development.
  • Coordinate with digital media content creators for the development of graphics and animations.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate or Post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer with demonstrated expertise in content development, e-learning tools, and project coordination.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with strong English language proficiency, including excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Project Acumen: Basic understanding of project scoping and execution, with the ability to use MS Excel for tracking project timelines, maintaining simple project budgets, and reporting.
