Job OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our digital operations, automation projects, and application management using the Zoho One suite.This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, business automation, CRM systems, and cloud applications.You will work closely with the Technology, Operations, and Business Development teams to design workflows, support daily platform activities, and optimize processes through Zoho applications.Key ResponsibilitiesZoho Application SupportAssist in the setup, configuration, and customization of Zoho One apps such as: CRM, Books, Projects, People, Desk, Creator.Workflow AutomationSupport in building workflows, blueprints, triggers, and automation rules.Assist in designing custom forms, modules, and dashboards.Test and troubleshoot automation processes.Data ManagementImport, clean, and maintain data inside Zoho apps.Create reports and analytics dashboards for different departments.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the system.Technical DocumentationDocument processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.Prepare training materials and user guides for team members.User Support & TroubleshootingProvide first-level support to internal users.Identify system issues and escalate when necessary.Track and document support tickets.Project AssistanceParticipate in digital transformation and system integration projects.Collaborate with developers on custom functions (Deluge) and APIs (optional based on skill).
