Job TitleWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our entire digital ecosystem.Key Responsibilities include:Digital Ecosystem Management: Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance.Email & SMS Campaigns: Support the implementation and ongoing management of email and SMS marketing campaigns.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics, providing insights to inform strategy.App Integrations: Assist with the integration and management of various applications and tools within our online ecosystem.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve digital processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A total experience of 8 to 18 plus years is preferred.Main ResponsibilitiesShopifyUpdating Product Details Pages when requiredCreating new Product Details Pages based on Figma designCreating new Landing Pages based on Figma designProject managing dev work to ensure it matches Figma designFixing issues on website through theme customiser when raised by devs or othersAll digital troubleshooting including website and app integrationsSetting up apps and integrationsUploading blog articlesMaintaining 'Shop App'Klaviyo and PostscriptFlow setup for email and SMS marketing campaignsCampaign sendouts for Klaviyo and PostscriptSegment creation for targeted marketing effortsReporting and AnalyticsShopify reportingSales analysisLaunch analysis for specific productMarketing ReportingMetrics such as MER (marketing efficiency ratio)Spend distribution etcCampaign performance trackingA strong candidate will be responsible for these tasks and more, requiring adaptability and creativity.
