Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Engineering, Solar Operations, Software, and Product Development).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements, technical skills, and qualifications.
- Source candidates through job boards, , referrals, and niche networks.
- Build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruitment progress.
- Assist in employer branding to position Inspire Clean Energy as a top employer in the renewable energy sector.
- Provide periodic reports on recruitment metrics: sourcing efficiency, interview-to-offer ratios, and onboarding success.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in technical recruitment (Engineering, Renewable Energy, IT, or Manufacturing).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Technical hiring and talent acquisition
- Candidate sourcing through Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals
- ATS proficiency (e.g., Talent Hub, Zoho Recruit, or similar platforms)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of renewable energy (preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruitment for roles like Solar Engineers, Operations Managers, Product Developers, and Software Engineers.
