JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at Kailash Colony, Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by managing calls, handling inquiries, and collaborating with various teams. This role is perfect for freshers or graduates passionate about customer service and sports management.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Handling Customer Calls:

  • Responding to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Making outbound calls to marketing leads and customers, resolving issues, following up on leads, and gathering feedback.
  • Taking feedback of different segment of existing customers and keeping a record it.


Lead Management:

  • Allocating leads to specific Arena Managers based on customer service requirements.
  • Engaging in sending quotations and closing leads for events by coordinating with Arena Managers.


Collaboration and Resolution:

  • Collaborating with team members and various departments to efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Identifying and escalating issues that require additional support.


CRM Tool Management: Accurately updating customer information and maintaining detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.


Conflict Resolution: Managing and resolving customer complaints and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.


Product Knowledge: Providing customers with detailed information about Gallant Play Arenas, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.



JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Graduate in any field; graduated in Sports Management/Science will get preference.
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Freshers can Apply



COMPENSATION

  • Probation Period (First 3 Months): ₹18,000 in hand per month.
  • Post-probation, salary will be revised based on performance.
