This position is located at Bangalore, Karnataka. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Engineering Manager to deliver Engineering statements of work to meet the organizational goals.Position Responsibilities:•    Author and modify Installation plans (aircraft assemblies)•    Standardizing existing manufacturing work instructions.•    Participates in the implementation of manufacturing plans. Assist in techni cal problem solving.•    Review existing assembly process and drive process improvements. •    Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving•    Supports the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies. •    Supports the development, identification and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.•    Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies.•    Interfaces with Integrated Product teams and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.•    Knowledge of basic Manufacturing & Assembly operations.•    Basic Modelling skills - CATIA/NX/AutocadBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):•    Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical/ Aerospace Engineering•    Must be very fluent in spoken and written English and have excellent communication styleEntry Level Equipment & Tool Engineer.The Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center (BIETC) is looking for a highly-motivated Entry Level Equipment & Tool Engineer. This position is located at Bangalore, Karnataka. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Engineering Manager to deliver Engineering statements of work to meet the organizational goals.Position Responsibilities:Executing projects independently with minimum supervisionCollaborating & communicating with cross functional teams and all stakeholdersWork collaboratively with guidance and mentoring from team during project execution Positive attitude and highest ethics.Proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work.Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional team.
